Enjoyed working at corporate location in Hoffman Estates which had a full cafeteria, a few fast food set ups, a smaller deli, bank, dry cleaner that also did alterations, beauty salon , fitness center and health center with nurses to help with any health issues.

Cons

Due to restructuring and down sizing most convenience options have been closed or reduced

Pros

My team is super friendly and helpful. Very flexible when it comes to needing time off and working remotely in place of coming into the office 2 days out of the week. No one's hovering over to make sure work gets done. As long as you do your work and have it completed in a timely manner you won't hear anything from anyone.

Cons

Job security with all the store closings and lean management. More tasks are assigned to an individual that were once meant for 2-3 people.

I'm trying to think of a pro. Nope, can't think of one anymore.

Cons

Most closed minded people I worked for. Managers and VPs and higher ups (I refuse to use the word leadership. there are none here). The company is more worried about special interests and offending others than getting to the business of business.
