Great benefits package. Fully paid insurance. Plenty of overtime opportunities.

Cons

There are some safety risks working in psychiatry. There is ongoing work to make it safer though.

Nice landscape, Basic maintenance, Help hospital patients have nice places to recooperate and access hospital safely. Decent pay.

Cons

Department managers insecure, small minded, cliquey, distrustful- makes it a miserable place to work. High turnover.
