      Saturday/Sunday off for the most part

      Cons

      The owner is a real jerk. The pay completely sucks. Zero opportunity for growth. Zero training. Zero organization. Procurement gets treated like royalty, everyone else gets treated like crap. You get interviewed for other positions within, and then never get a follow up, only to find out they hired someone externally. Also, there’s some nepotism going on.

      Too many to list. Starting with the ceo. No constant direction. Constantly changing processes. Promises never fulfilled. Just overall toxic workplace.
