Pros

-Lots of room for career advancement and role mobility within the company if one is interested -Wide array of projects that this company deals with leads to interesting work opportunities, SOE never does the same thing twice -Management is flexible with longer periods of PTO or remote work when communicated in advance -Catered lunch provided daily, with flexible dietary options

Cons

-Lots of trust put in employees, can lead to large amounts of responsibility on individual contributors -Consulting model of business puts emphasis on employees tracking their own time, can lead to time management/value stress

Pros

*Great workplace community *Interesting, varied projects *Passionate team *Fast-paced *Emphasis on learning on the job

Cons

*Communication between POps and Engineering was lacking *The fast-paced nature of the job made it confusing when projects would fall into your lap out of the blue. This was hard as a non-engineer (marketing) to gain context for the project/division of the company we were supporting. *The company is growing rapidly and is experiences some of the growing pains
