Pros

The environment that the company and top management goes out of there way to create for there employees is amazing! There extremely helpful, and train you extensively for the job! It’s a fun atmosphere and the product and business model is great! The commission is realistic and the pay is pretty good! It’s not cold calling so it’s an easy sale!

Cons

The only cons I can think of is that your not paid until the install and sometimes the technicians will ruin appointments by not showing up on time or telling the customers something completely different than what you told them when you sold them, once they cancel your not getting commission.
