      Middle management is full of clueless younguns

      Pros

      Interesting technology to work with. Lots of interesting client security data to review for trends in current security landscape. Most of the people on the ground here are top notch security and software engineers. Decent time off policies.

      Cons

      Lousy health benefits. Lots of young managers who have never worked anywhere else and thus have no clue about how to treat their staff properly nor have any perspective about the rest of the world. Short sighted development leadership that can't see past their own egos.

      Pros

      Salary offered initially is the only good thing. Try to negotiate and get the best offer. You may get reasonable hike if you forget about your personal life.

      Cons

      Hardwork gets exploited very badly. Workers are treated as slaves most of the times. People who have ability to play blame games can survive happily. Management is good for nothing. In fact, few managers in this location mentally harass people.

      Fully remote working. All the tools you need to do your job.

      Cons

      Lacking a cohesive strategy, now that their old CTP platform has been resolutioned. Leadership is conspicuous by its absence. This could be due to the lack of strategy, or maybe the fact that there is little / no delegation / decision making allowed, with all decisions referred to CEO.
