      Pros

      Pay is good if you've been there 30 years, which most employees have been!

      Cons

      Low turnover of employees that they tout is actually a negative: it really means old school, old ideas, old ways of doing things. Benefits package is shrinking. Some managers have no clue.

      Long approval processes cause delays in work. Everything runs through policies and procedures, which reduces creativity.
