      Pros

      Nice retirement benefits, great learning and self development opportunities, some great leaders.

      Cons

      It dependents on the area you work in but some people are leaving because of toxic environments. They prioritize client demands over their own associates. Depending on area you work, no room for advancement or movement once you get to a mid level. I don’t know if great place to work is true for every division. Not so sure they walk their talk.
