Pros

Great CEO, great people, good flexibility and vacation time - especially if you've been there for awhile. Culture can be good, but it really varies based on what department or team you're on.

Cons

Executive and senior leadership needs an overhaul - A lot of old white men who've been around for awhile. It's extremely hard to get rid of poor talent - even when they have major performance issues. Salaries are not competitive - could easily go elsewhere and get paid more.

Senior management does not listen, they do not fix issues, they claim transparency but they are not transparent. No one is accountable for mistakes or problems.
