Unrealistic expectations. Everyone's first priority is to cover their (you know). High turnover rate for a good reason. Toxic Culture.

The benefits were nice, the office was conveniently located, and I liked the hybrid environment.

Cons

The training was abysmal, the worst in the industry. The pay was poor at best, and if you factor in the number of hours you have to work, you make barely above minimum wage. Additionally, they are not afraid to use your bonus as a threat. They offer summer hours and great PTO accrual, but good luck taking time off. You have very little control over your career. Moving up/around is unlikely.
