Decent pay, bonuses and yearly raises

Cons

Horrible Management. They don't support you or give you the resources needed to be successful. You will only be successful at this company if you are a favorite and part of the main cliques. Its not a company that allows you to express your concerns. You are punished for speaking up. Also no opportunity for growth.
