Pros

The facilities are nice, benefits package is better than average, and the people are generally very nice. Some departments are flexible with work hours.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive, and low COL does not justify poor pay. Management wants to implement changes at an unreasonable rate. Topeka is a very undesirable place to live.

Pros

Security Benefit treats their employees very well. Management is quite open on where the company is at today and where the company is heading. They also sponsor multiple events throughout the year to keep morale high and the environment relaxed. With multiple different roles in the company, there is definitely a position that will match your skill set.

Cons

Pay seems to be on the lower end of the industry, mostly due to COL being so low in Topeka.
