Pros

Technical rating is a 4.5 (see cons as to why it's not a full 5). Compensation, benefits, PTO, bonuses, team felt like family, opportunities to advance, company sponsored family events and parties, provided an overall good work-life balance

Cons

Mandatory OT especially during tax season but it's a part of the business so must be flexible for OT needs.

Pros

competitive benefits. free gym membership. company made decent money and is poised to do pretty well in future periods

Cons

The morale in my department is extremely low. So many initiatives yet little time to devote to them. expect plenty of overtime. Mngt wants deliverables faster. profit sharing was promoted when I was hired but the employees received none last year.
