Pros

There is a lot of room for growth and promotion as well as team morale. Company pays well above minimum wage and has a decent work/life balance. SSFCU takes great care of its employees that most other companies hesitate to do.

Cons

It is a great company to work for but depending on where you get hired the support needed can be lacking. Training is good, but doesn't give actual real life situations that happen on the daily so it's easy to come out still unsure of how to proceed.
