1 Hour Lunch Free WFH Equipment Free gym membership

Cons

Long Hours Works every other Saturday Can’t change schedule until worked there 6 months New phone system is horrible. You can’t think or even breathe with the call volume. Horrible training and they throw you on the floor and tell you to use “synergy” Extremely micromanaged. Every call has to be perfect or you’re penalized Multiple skills needed for LITTLE PAY Not equal pay
