Pros
Upper management does care about you. They are constantly checking in on you making sure everything is alright, at least in my experience. They have a good training program as well to prepare you to take calls.
Cons
Scheduling is really only what they have available, if it doesn’t work for you as an employee well too bad, no flexibility at all. They give you federal holidays off but use it as one of your two days off. So if you are off on a Thursday and Sundays usually, you will work the Thursday and be off Sunday and Monday for the holiday, this leads to you working 6 days straight.
