Pros

If you have a great attitude and make friends you can go far. Skill is optional. Rewards a "going along to get along" culture. Some work life balance if you are in the back office, otherwise, not so much.

Cons

Extreme favoritism, especially in Senior Leadership. Many unqualified people in leadership roles - CEO publicly affirms that doing well in your current role opens opportunities (whether your qualified or not) - This could be a Pro if you are that person, A Con for everyone else. Confusion, people avoiding responsibility, delegating down. Career stagnation. Toxic culture in some departments.

Pros

Great team, always something new to learn, a lot of freedom to learn new technologies.

Cons

Poor higher management. They’re not really sure what automation does
