      Pros

      Security Service truly is devoted to providing high-level service to its membership. The pay is competitive and benefits are very good. You feel as though you work for a cause as the good of the membership is always kept at the forefront.

      Cons

      Responsibility is high. If you anticipate moving up, it is easy to a point. Once you start getting ready for management, you must wait for spots and tenure usually wins out. Very stressful at times and many changes occurring that make it difficult to have a staff that stays current and proficient.

      Pros

      Employee benefits are great, including health insurance and wellness program. On-site gym at the corporate headquarters is a plus too. The company is doing well, and it makes going to work a pleasure. Work-life balance is a priority with management, making it a flexible workplace for employees.
