      Pros

      Some of the pro's about working for Securly is the the culture and management. Management is very invested in its employees. Culture is also something that management takes very seriously, most employees get along with each other, multiple team building events and a ping-pong table in the office

      Cons

      There aren't too many cons of working at Securly. Sometimes getting used to the sales cycle and type of solution Securly is could be difficult, but it also comes with time.

      Cons

      A flood of 5-star reviews within one 2-day period in February 2026 — immediately after two scathing reviews from real previous employees. Falsely inflating the company ratings to a 3.8 using bots? This is par for the course from this group of big-time winners.

      Used to be a great company until money was what mattered most

      Benefits were pretty good over all

      Cons

      Company used to be great many years ago, since the decision was made to be bought out the focus shifted from the actual mission of protecting kids to money. Yes, as a company you have to make money, but it came at the sacrifice of the employees and the product quality.
