      Pros

      Amazing team to work with. Very positive and encouraging. The have to set goals and work towards them. Team members are very helpful and encourage you to succeed. I always feel set up for success.

      Cons

      Training material and documentation needs improvement. The people designing the product don't appear to always have those of us who set up or use the product in mind. I'm told things weren't great before the new CEO but that was before my time.
