      we always do our best in any job regardless of position, remuneration and conditions, it is true that every employer has the right to pay the minimum wage, but in the end this policy corrodes the happiness and contentment of the employee, which in turn affects the customer satisfaction..

      Cons

      minimum wage and wages never go up, after 11 years of being employed Sedanos the salary is the same, the only salary increase was because the new law in florida requires 8 dollars an hour

      The company pays on time and that's about it.

      Cons

      Horrible hours for managers 70+ per week low salaries for managers and employees each store has a different management structure most general managers can't Speak English and lack basic management skills

      Pros

      Relatively easy to get hired. Got paid on time.

      Cons

      Very difficult to get a full time job. Always looking to give the worst shifts and or days. Working Sundays and holidays was common practice. Hourly rates are minimum wage and the management made sure that you never ever worked more than 20 hours a week. They do not like to pay benefits and so they keep a close eye on the amount of hours worked.
