Pros

The company has a stable business.

Cons

There is no focus on truly making the business function efficiently. The company does not pay well and then keeps adding more work to make the jobs impossible.

Pros

Can be promoted every 6 months. ACT team fields calls for some clients so examiners on that client don't receive calls. Some clients require very few calls.

Cons

Most claims examiners only work 37.5 hours/week and over time is extremely limited depending on your client. Little to no repercussions for those that are not performing at a high, quality level. Raises are often less than $1 (unless you get promoted) and yearly in April. If you work hard, you get more work. You are not compensated extra to train new hires.
