      Benefits start day 1, and WFH opportunities.

      Cons

      Overwhelming depending on which account you are assigned. I am a recent hire assigned to a very demanding account; thus, your account assignment will determine your stress levels. My team colleagues have advised me that I will need to work 50 to 60 hours to manage my caseload, meet my PGs, and stay day current on my current account assignment.

      Pros

      Great benefits, PTO, and resources provided for effective working from home / remote employment. Many coworkers were wonderful as were many team leads and managers I worked with. My own team lead was a ROBOT!!! No personality and a brain only able to make black and white decisions, based on quantitative. Alexa, Siri, Bixby, and Hey Google are intellectual superiors.

      Cons

      Managed SOLELY on meaningless metrics relating to length of calls. NEVER on meaningful metrics and criteria having to do ANYTHING with actually people with claims issues, solving problems, and being raved about. They have SUCH major problems with people waiting for weeks and months for payments, never hearing from examiners, and just moronic bureaucracy. How bad do things have to be before they improve. Sedgwick wants to look great in the eyes of clients and potential clients, but in reality, couldn't care less about the service they actually deliver.
