Personal time off is generous

Although pto days are generous you can never take them or carry them over. You are expected to work ahead to take your time off. Essentially working 2 days to take one day off so you really aren't getting paid time off. They also leave your work for you so you are behind for weeks catching up and they ride you hard about being behind in your work. Pay is low. Workload is outrageous. Clients dictate everything. Also once you put in your and start to make good money they eliminate your position but will hirer you back or offer you a lower paying job. I left because I had a hard time screwing over my team and selling it like it was a good thing.

Easy to take time off for appointments. Remote work.

Cons

Good until they fired the CEO, new one is a disaster. A Legal Nurse, employed for over 20 years, let go without notice or explanation and treated like a criminal, but we all knew it was over money. Everyone holding their breath for who’s next. Poor and ineffective management, micromanagement and unrealistic productivity.
