Pros

The only one thing that you can learn ruby on rails. It doesn't mean that somebody will teach you. No, Anyhow you have to work for more than 12 HOURS a day, So, you will learn ROR.

Cons

Before i joined in this company People/Friends said that DON'T JOIN IN THIS COMPANY. I thought like for every company people say that don't join our company. But, after i joined in company only i came to know that HOW WORST COMPANY it is. So, Better don't think to join in this company. Otherwise you will have to write same review which i am writing now to let somebody not suffer.

The company culture is fun, the people are all friendly and will to help with any questions you have. Management gives complete support to those who really perform. You would get immense exposure here that will help you to be above industry standard.
