Pros

If you are a relative to the management, then you need not worry. You can just goto the office and screw other's life and you get paid for it. Hurray....!

Cons

Unrealistic expectations They get the work done and flush you out Wont be paid properly Top management has the only say.

Sedin offers an open and flexible work place with great corporate values.transparent and approachable and have always mentored me in the right direction. My potential has been duly recognized and I have always been made to feel at home and at ease, with the regular feedback which has helped me in self development,still each day feels like a new one.

- Approachable CEO and management - Projects which will give you experience and add to your learning

Cons

- After project gets completed they practice Hire and Fire policy, one fine day you will be asked to move out the very next day regardless of whether you are on probation/confirmed employee or contract/permanent employee. This has happened to most of the people working here - HR for namesake, they act as a middleman between employees and management and impose management's ideas without caring about employee welfare. - No due credit for the hard work done. - No stability as you will be asked to switch projects at management's will
