Pros

CEO of the company is very good in person , knowledgable but nobody cares , everybody makes fun of him in his back. Good learning environment.

Cons

Policies and the management is too bad. They will never keep their promises in any of the fields whether it is appraisal or rewards or recognition They will shuffle you like football in the projects. Not good for north indians they nmake partiallity . Very less pay and unorganised and arrogent HR. Lot of politcs.

Good to Learn ROR, But poor management and HR

Being start-up company, it will give lot of things to learn about Ruby on Rails Good to start as a fresher to learn new things

Cons

Management is not to ease, they will get whatever they want in work. But we don't get any Recognition. They can easily change one project to another without asking our comments, we can't be master in any technology (I have worked in 3 different technology in short span of 8 months) Human Resource was name shake while i was working. Don't have proper appraisal cycle
