Free candies, free crappy car, Geico discount.

Cons

The pay is low compared to salaries in the area. There's no training for business reps. I'm sure there's company values, just that no one seems to go by it. They'll give a car that's at 200k from the last century to drive that breaks down in middle of nowhere. Upper management are all talk, no real actions. The CEO leads by reading some #s on some charts, never even met him and I've been in their corporate building many times.

Not enough help, one person to help customers. Banking, putting orders away, and too much paperwork. Need update systems.
