First of all, let’s be honest… the five star reviews are probably coming from corporate to keep their numbers up. This company is so disorganized. They throw so many projects at store level that is stressing everyone out. First of all, they have all these nonsense conference calls about the safety issues and then again, they expect you to work by yourself! Not safe!!! And they talk on the calls like you are a child. It’s a complete joke. Second of all, they email projects for everyone to do a store level when there’s absolutely no help and payroll hours. You do the project then they want you to do it again because they revised it. It is a complete back and forth circle. God forbid if someone makes a mistake at store level, they call you out on it on company emails in front of everyone. And don’t you dare make mistakes counting or entering your inventory, That’s another shaking their fingers in your face! Pay is low, considering all they want you to do at store level. This company does not appreciate store level team members! They took away bonuses. The payroll department is a complete mess, all they do is make mistakes on your paycheck. If you call anyone at upper level, no one calls you back to help you. Communication and respect for store level is non existent.

This company has been rolling out new computer programs way too fast. They need to slow down. Store level can’t keep up, with the demanding customers , projects, and new programs at once. They give little payroll hours for help. Anyone who works in corporate, belittles and yet at times can be abusive to store level employees. This company use to be respectful, and now has gone down hill.
