- The job itself is easy enough to understand, follow & adjust as a seasonal worker. - discounts on chocolates

Cons

HR sucks, they always refer you back to management when it comes to fixing timesheets or upcoming absents. They’re only good if you let them know about same day absences. But are quick to write you up for being late. - some of the managerial staff are extremely rude to others. They’ll talk to employees as if they’re beneath them or no comprehensive understanding. Their delivery tone can be micro aggressive. - There’s this foreman whose emotion shifts so much that he throw his aggression onto people he has conflict with. He has never apologized for his actions instead uses his title to show dominance. - They care more about seniority than the quality of work - it’s based on sales volume so scheduling fluctuates - scheduling, hours, lunch & etc are told vaguely. You’ll find out when you find out.

While the candy is a nice touch, it does little to offset the reality that the work environment is uninspiring and, frankly, below expectations for a professional setting.

Cons

The treatment of employees is unacceptable and reflects a deeply toxic culture. Division leadership not only fails to uphold basic standards of respect and fairness but actively promotes exclusionary behavior. There is a complete absence of emotional intelligence at the management level, resulting in decisions that are not only poorly informed but harmful to morale and productivity. Processes remain antiquated and resistant to modernization, creating inefficiency and frustration across teams. Worse, the organizational approach fosters hostility in a survival-of-the-fittest dynamic, where advancement appears contingent on undermining peers rather than collaboration. This environment is corrosive, unethical, and unsustainable for any company that claims to value its people.
