Pros

Treated with respect and loyalty. Competitive wage, SEGRA is a well-managed company with all departments focused on the same end goals, despite serving different internal functions. SEGRA service product offerings are second to none in the industry.

Cons

Customer facing departments tend to be undereducated regarding the responsibilities of supporting departments, so that they spend too much time contacting multiple departments before finding the one that can actually assist them in a given instance. This goes back to cross training. This is not to say customer service is lacking as SEGRA excels at supporting customers. It is simply an occasional frustration the customer facing departments deal with.

Pros

Very few…but Segra does have some great people working for them but a lot of good employees have left the company over the past few years.

Cons

Company lacks processes and the processes they have are not followed. Management expects employees to be available 24/7 and to do whatever it takes to complete orders at the end of the month.
