Pros

Great enthusiasm from my manager and hiring team. Can tell big things are coming with this company. I've only been here for a few weeks, so there isn't much for me to add here. I will check back as I get further into my employment.

Cons

Since the merger, there is some bitterness/animosity from one of the acquisitions due to it. I've overheard a lot from multiple people. Hopefully it's just the change that's giving them the attitudes I've heard while working. As I said, I've only been here for a few weeks, so I'll readdress any changes to this statement later.

Good place if your starting out. The people are awesome, if you work here you can not be thin skinned because of the type of work and environment and most understand that. Wages are pretty good when you start, but don't expect much but COL raise going forward.

Cons

Change in benefits , new name same management and work process.
