Enjoyed my time working at Segra. Great team. Opportunities for professional development. Decent benefits. Collaborative environment with opportunities to work cross-functionally.

Cons

Segra is in the process of implementing several new programs and initiatives. Hopefully those endeavors will continue to have a positive impact on the culture, compensation and DEI.

The HR Management at Segra is great! The whole process from interview to start date had awesome communication. The process was fast. They kept me well informed the whole way. Looking forward to my 1st day on the job!!

Cons

I guess there is always room for improvement. I just can't help with any thoughts towards that.

WFH possible, the technical people who actually do the work are all solid.

Cons

Extremely silo-ed departments. No cross-communication. Management pays only lip service to "Articles of Excellence" (called "Core Values" at all other companies). Management in some departments doesn't care about their worker-bees. Often (always?) management makes decisions based on their total lack of knowledge of what their teams actually do, without even consulting their teams. Minimal raises in the past, unless you change jobs within the organization. No bonuses. Goal to streamline everything to assembly line like conditions, and you are the line-worker.
