Steady work with consistent hours. Company events.

Cons

The most greedy company I've ever worked for. I can not support myself (1 person, no dependants, renting,) with the positions pay. They won't pay more because they think people won't work as hard. These people are backwards and their insanely high turnover is evidence of an imbalance of workload and compensation. Save yourself the headache and just apply somewhere else.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly and it's pretty easy to get a job here. Don't need any background or education, they have a thorough paid training program that will get you ready for the floor.

Cons

Pretty stressful environment and work, lots of time spent on phones and reviewing outstanding accounts. Work has a high learning curve just from the mass of information you have to learn and recognize. Strict clock in and clock out times and short lunch break. Overall pretty abysmal environment, which is no fault to the employees. Nature of the work is just dry and is difficult to learn.

Good hours, good training, loved most of my coworkers.

Cons

High turn over rate. Most employees are less than two years except management. They will use you to do their dirty work then fire you for bogus reasons. Management is the only employees that have been there for more than 2 years in the PAR dept. If you aren't part of the clique then watch out.
