Pros
Coworkers are friendly and it's pretty easy to get a job here. Don't need any background or education, they have a thorough paid training program that will get you ready for the floor.
Cons
Pretty stressful environment and work, lots of time spent on phones and reviewing outstanding accounts. Work has a high learning curve just from the mass of information you have to learn and recognize. Strict clock in and clock out times and short lunch break. Overall pretty abysmal environment, which is no fault to the employees. Nature of the work is just dry and is difficult to learn.
