Pros

Middle manager supportive and knowledgeable. Support staff helpful. Facility up-to-date for equipment, computers. Clientele very appreciative and friendly. Wide range of diagnostic categories attended to.

Cons

The decor was starting to need attention. One of the other professions within the rehabilitation department was selfish with knowledge, not supportive, and "turf protecting" thus constraining an opportunity for growth of others and self.
