Pros

Select physical therapy is a great place to work because of its casual atmosphere and quality patient care. I would go to SPT if I needed therapy.

Cons

Unfortunately, sometimes the therapists may not be the most professional during times that may require a more serious attitude. Also, pay is not competitive.
