Pros

none that i can think of.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. Productivity requirements are too high and almost encourage fraudulent activity. Worst of all, management does not care about their staff. No pay raises, bonuses, or acknowledgement.

Pros

The only reason I have stayed with this company is because I love my co workers, facility and the residents.

Cons

Cons! Where do I start?!? I have worked with this company for four years and have never recieved a raise because of the "pay freeze." If you are desperate enough to work for select make sure you negotiate a high rate! We don't get sick days or holidays. If you want a day off you need to make a request 90 days in advanced and find your own coverage. Our healthcare sucks and they don't contribute to our 401k. High level management will micromanage at an unethical rate. We are bullied into forcing residents at the highest rug level despite being informed of their medical conditions or tolerance levels. If you don't increase their minutes the management will go in and change it! We have been told if someone dies that we better find a replacement immediately! they don't see people, only money signs. Also they have unrealistic expectations that productivity should be 92%. Many of my co workers have to work off the clock due to fear of being yelled at.

Pros

Pay was ok. I can't think of any others. They do have a lot of contracts.

Cons

They cancelled the contract with my facility and let everyone go with only 2 days of notice, even though it had been clearly in the works for a while. Immediate cancellation of benefits, which did not even extend to the end of the month, they did NOT pay out accrued vacation time, gave NO severance pay, and even deducted all licensure and CEU reimbursements from the past six months from everyone's last paycheck (although they did return that). HR is terrible, and when I was on FLMA, I received mixed messages from my regional director and HR. Nothing was ever clear cut.
