Pros

Flexible start and end times

Cons

Upper management seems to think that they are dealing in product instead of people! Productivity requirements are ridiculous at 92%. The push for numbers is unbearable not to mention unethical! Raise freeze for the past 9 years. Yes, that is a 9! Way too top heavy!

Pros

There are no pros for this company and their staff starting from HR and working down to their managers....its a bad company to work for!!

Cons

Employees and patient care are not important to them, they only care about money! The productivity is unreal, 92%, which makes employees work off the clock! They are very unethical, starting from HR all the way down to management! Pay is horrible, not competitive with the market. Benefits are horrible also!

Pros

They have taken over many subacute rehabilitation facilities throughout country, lots of choices for work places

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, high stress environment, inadequate equipment, shortage of computers or improperly working/limited functions on computers, do not spend money on re-ordering equipment and supplies so Therapist are bringing in their own just to get by (to include big named facilities with long history of positive public reputations) they “do not give raises” even after years of service, they will move you around different buildings or take away your hours when census is low, staff are working off the clock just to meet expectations to keep job, so false sense of “productivity” low employee moral, do not offer support systems to assist with meeting productivity expectations. Emphasis on Billing is placed over patient care. Therapists that take short cuts often resulting in poor quality are promoted
