Flexibility, Work From Home is great.

Cons

Terrible pay, employees are treated poorly, everything is commission based to give the excuse for paying lower wages.

Fully-remote work with quality equipment provided for home.

Cons

Requirement of high-speed internet at an absurdly high speed of 1.0 Gig upload and download - costs approx. $90/month. Not covered by company or reimbursed. Do not need anywhere near that speed but required to send screen shot of speed test for proof. Micromanagement and DREADFUL base pay and not great commission/bonus.
