They had a large team to help you be compliant and follow up on the backend paper work so you can stay focused on sales and clients.

Cons

Very corporate, sometimes they would come up with rules you would have to follow cause someone in the middle came up with an idea. Often you be changed positions without a say in the matter. Just another number to them.
