Pros

I worked fully remote, but had wonderful support from management and colleagues. I built relationships with other agents during training and we all helped each other when we were unsure of something.

Cons

Minimum time betweeen calls. You are not necessarily micromanaged, but they do watch how long you’re off the phone. It’s reasonable though. Just sometimes can feel stressful.

Pros

Seemed like a good job for awhile

Cons

Don't fall for the remote work thing, they monitor you all day. Changing managers quarterely, AEP is awful, expect no life in Q4, Leads are terrible. Only immoral unethical types survive. Never was told the truth about lead distribution.
