Everything else- literally had a mass lay off of hundreds of employees after AEP. I showed up every day and made sales like I was supposed to and was part of this. They lie and say you won't call people but you will and it's terribly boring and makes you unable to make as many sales as the older employees. Management is terrible and will lie to you and try to get you to do things that will get your license taken. They also Change your hours so some days you're working 12 or 13 hour days and again just calling people who mostly don't even pick up for you. They scam you into working for them so you can scam old people into insurance then they'll drop you when they've over hired. They also lie about commissions then change the commission structure after you're hired so I was literally making like 4 or 5 dollars per sale.

The company puts a ton of stipulations on how you get paid. Not enough emails? You can be deducted from you commissions. Not enough AEP rep appointments? Deducted. Fail QA? Deducted. To many rules on your money.
