      Best Remote Opportunity I've experienced.

      Pros

      Great management, great training, W-2 position, benefits, working remotely. I appreciate the structure of fixed hours. Base pay plus commission based on efficiency, compliance, and performance. Management is very supportive and the company compensates for fulfilling KPI.

      Cons

      The work is challenging, but well supported. Not really a con, as anything worthwhile takes effort.

      Strong Earning Potential – Competitive compensation structure with opportunities to maximize pay through performance, bonuses, and incentives. • Growth & Development – Clear career progression with training, coaching, and leadership development programs to help employees move up quickly. • Remote Flexibility – Many roles are remote or hybrid, allowing for work-life balance and flexibility. • Supportive Culture – Teams are collaborative, with leadership focused on coaching, recognition, and creating opportunities for agents and managers to succeed. One of the only brokers still seeing massive growth YoY even in this harder selling space

      Cons

      Remote can also be viewed as a con for me. You don’t get to see your colleagues in person super often

      When going to a new employer, you never know for sure about the integrity of the organization. I was pleasantly surprised how ethical Selectquote is on every aspect I've encountered. The leaders up and down the organization are top notch in developing employees to be their best to earn lots of money (with integrity). The trainers are top notch too. I referred a former coworker who now works here, and she experienced the same. BTW, referral bonuses are Nice!

      lots of overtime during busy medicare enrollment period in the fall (Oct 15-Dec &).
