You can truly help people who are struggling. The other sales people/ managers are so nice.

Cons

The leveling is very harsh, the stress tied to it is almost impossible.

Pay is awesome, management is great, no micromanaging if you've hit your metrics. Fully remote with no risk of rto, best in class training

Cons

Leveling system, AEP is grueling, tech issues abound on their systems.

Pros

Ability to work from home, great bonus incentives for getting cases completed. Was able to double my salary by hitting my targets, which I did every month I was there. Great management, hands on with training, but allowed you to manage your own time. They were always available to answer questions or handle problems out of my capabilities or role.

Cons

I have no complaints about this company or position.
