Draining Job and then Discarded when they no longer need you

Remote, Managers are nice, Benefits included, Compensation can be high if you put in the work

Cons

Incredibley long hours, mandatory overtime is sprung upon you regularly which makes work-life balance difficult, horrible lead pool, misleading ads about food cards. Was cut off when I was no longer useful to them despite hours of sacrifice, volunteering for OT, etc. This place makes you feel disposable.

This company experienced exceptional growth and quickly advanced people who showed up and worked hard.

Cons

When growth slowed they started to make lots of back-room deals, false promises and increased expectations despite those that were delivering having to work insane hours.
