      Pros

      The promises, the potential are all there but they can’t back any of the promised support. Good money if you get leads you can sell.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace that wants the impossible and even if you do well, you can be sure that they’ll figure out a way to take commission away from you. This is about them and their goals. They burn through people with a high turnover rate and the failure is always on the employees. This is not a place for a career.

      I felt mislead in the interview process. All it is is a call center.

      SelectQuote Senior is amazing

      Pros

      I began working for SelectQuote Senior during the 2018 AEP season. I took a huge leap of faith to make the career change and I am thankful every day that I made this decision. To begin, the training program was outstanding and unmatched by any training that I have ever been part of. I have never felt like a number or just another face during my time with SelectQuote. The management team is professional and compassionate, and is really on your side in terms of helping you grow within the company and helping you be successful. There is great work/life balance and the income potential is unbelievable. This company has changed my life. I'm a much happier and much less stressed person than I was before I began this position, and I feel like my work makes a difference. I love my career and I love problem solving and truly helping people! Just as with anything worth doing in life, your results are a direct reflection of what you give of yourself in this position. If you're motivated to make a positive life changing career move and you are driven to take responsibility for your own success, this is a great place for you!
