      Over promise and severely under-deliver

      Pros

      Excellent training(the only reason for 2 stars) even for a seasoned agent of over 4 years. The training staff was awesome. My direct manager is great too. I really do enjoy helping seniors navigate their healthcare. The industry and product that can be overwhelming.

      Cons

      Compensation is an abysmal outlook for the majority of the agents. Maybe close to 80% or more. The hourly is far below the industry average. The commission structure is cutthroat. Providing adequate compensation to only the highest tier agents, while everyone else who sells plans makes a comical amount.
