Pros

Training, Full Benefits, Helping the Elderly

Cons

Business model is all about one call closes, turn and burn mentality. If that's you, you'll be very successful here. If you have a heart for people and doing the right thing, this may not be the place for you. Pay is structured to reward only high producers. As one of the managers said: "We're not interested in marriages. Have as many one night stands as you can." Thats exactly how the job eventually makes you feel: Cheap. Empty. Slinking away in the middle of the night.

Pros

It’s a job. Nice office. There isn’t much more but I have to have a 20 word minimum. Let’s see here, um, nope that’s all.

Cons

This place will tell you lies, lies, and more lies. If you decide to take a sales job there, prepare to be broke, micro-managed, miserable, and pissed off each and every day. Worst job I’ve ever had. I was told I would make all kinds of money, it would be so fun, blah blah blah. All lies. It’s a revolving door there. You’re better off working retail or a fast food joint rather than this place.

We regret that your work experience with us was not a positive one. Our sales environment is indeed a very competitive and dynamic one, and we are always upfront about this in our recruiting and hiring practices. Though we do strive to prepare employees for this reality, still, it may not be a fit for everyone. We wish you better opportunities ahead of you.

Pros

Got to work remote. That’s about it.

Cons

Population Health division is like working at a daycare run by toddlers. As a licensed insurance agent, I was sold on great pay, benefits, commissions and bonuses. Training was like death by fire. There was no choice which shift you get. Saturdays are mandatory during OEP. Benefits package was totally unaffordable at any rate of pay. If you are a licensed producer, you have to wait six months before you can attempt to get a producer role. The “leads” were brought over from Medicare plan recipients and most were so angry by the time they got to me and other callers were spamed into calling in. Played stupid games in the chat all day for a $1. Commission structure was a joke. The first thing you see when you start your shift is, “we have the right to cut the bottom 20% of agents who aren’t producing”. Not a pleasant way to start your day. You might make $60K a year if you have ice running through your veins and want to be emotionally drained at the end of your shift Don’t leave your good job for this role!!
