Pros

My salary was good, other benefits are standard (meaning subpar, but I leveraged that in salary negotiations). My specific management was wonderful and I loved the direct team I worked with.

Cons

I was hired in Jan 2022 for a new type of role within the marketing department. About a month in I was abruptly laid off along with 75 others for Q4 2021 subpar earnings, which of course I had nothing to do with, after being assured that the company was doing fine and wouldn’t need to lay anyone off. Upper management is toxic and selfish. The business itself is antiquated and failing to keep up with stronger competitors. Beware!!

Pros

Until they went public. I see favoritism everywhere. Some never worked a Saturday since they were hired, but if I pull something like that, I’ll be called out for it in one of their worthless 6 meetings per month. You will wait an hour between leads as they have 80 agents in our department now and others who were hired to train now suck up leads whenever they feel like it to make things hard for the rest of us. Again, if your a favorite, they will give you a job trolling calls because selling is too hard for you! Anything for a favorite. They had the worst aep ever, and they deserved it. They went out of their way to sock it to me this year. So Good luck on that next earnings call! From what I know, the cons here will need more than that. They are two faced and backstabbing. Creating positions over agents just to save their lazy favorites. 400 executives hired to go public, guess who pays for that? All that going public. Measly 2 week Pto, they bark if your an hr late! B we have lives!!!! Didn’t know a company could have such low iq! But now I do! Your dumb. Too dumb for me. Only company I’ve seen that would keep a losing ceo and management who should be held accountable on the payroll! Again, this company is the SHORT BUS people!!!

Cons

Low BROW. The home of cons. 5 percent commish? Seriously! Everything is low, including hourly wages! But their products are HIGH!!! Health Coverage Costs!

Pros

Work from home, equipment provided,

Cons

The company is a revolving door / meat grinder. As much as they aggravate their investors - there are lawsuits, their share price was down 60 % last year - their biggest targets to exploit are the agents. The company is always hiring, but once you are onboard, they use and squeeze you by inadequate compensation. The pay plans constantly change and are convoluted and complicated. In the end, there are always deductions for this and that... Apparently the management believes there is an unlimited pool of sales agents out there to take advantage of, so they use and lose you. As they try to grow the company's size, you as an individual agent matter less and less. The top guys are trying to get rich with their stock options, a lot of employees are transient, the company feels soul-less.
